Practice Areas / AI Advisory & Implementation

AI adoption led by operators, not slide-makers.

An advisory and implementation practice organized around the verticals we know best — supply chain, logistics, and ecommerce. We identify where AI creates real operational leverage, then build, integrate, and hand over the systems that deliver it.

Vertical-led · Implementation-capable · Agent-assisted delivery

Scope an engagement

The practice point of view

Most AI advisory is generic. A slide deck about “AI opportunities,” a maturity model, a roadmap stripped of the operational detail that makes any of it executable. It’s why so many AI programs stall after the kickoff.

Our advisory practice is built around vertical operators — people who have actually run supply chains and ecommerce operations at scale. Every engagement is grounded in the operational constraints of the business: the ERP, the WMS, the OMS, the data platform, the team structure that exists today. We advise on what’s possible and implement what’s decided, with a senior-led engagement team and an agent-assisted delivery pipeline behind it.

How we work

Advisory produces decisions. Implementation produces systems.

Advisory engagements produce decisions and plans. Implementation engagements produce working systems. Many clients engage us for one and move to the other — a four-week supply chain advisory often converts into a twelve-week implementation of the single highest-value capability it identified.

Every engagement is senior-led. Implementation capacity comes from a managed delivery bench, not from the client’s team being quietly asked to do the building while we consult. When we say we’ll build it, we build it.

A thirty-minute conversation is usually enough to tell. If a different firm is the right answer, we’ll tell you that too.
