Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Runbit Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Runbit”, “we”, “our”) handles information collected through the runbitlabs.ai website (the “Site”).

2. What We Collect

We try to keep this short. The Site does not require an account, does not process payments, and does not host comments, forums, or user-submitted content. Specifically:
  • Analytics, only with your consent. If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, the Site loads Google Analytics 4, which collects standard measurement data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, time on page). If you click “Decline”, no analytics scripts load and no analytics data is collected.
  • Contact requests. If you use the contact form on the Site, your browser opens a pre-filled email in your own mail client addressed to info@runbitlabs.ai. The form does not submit to a Runbit server. We receive only what you choose to send by email.
  • Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user-agent string) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used for marketing or profiling.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not set any analytics or marketing cookies before you consent. The Site stores a single small entry in your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie-banner choice (so the banner does not appear on every visit). If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set its own cookies under Google’s cookie policy.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Site:
  • Render— static-site hosting and content delivery.
  • Google Analytics 4— web analytics (only after consent).
  • GoDaddy— domain name registration and DNS.
  • Microsoft 365— for handling email sent to us.
These providers operate under their own privacy terms.

5. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to understand how visitors interact with the Site, to improve the Site and our services, to respond to inquiries you send us, and to operate and secure the Site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Sharing

We do not share information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share information with our third-party service providers (above) to the extent needed for them to provide their services, with our legal advisors, or where required by law.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can decline analytics by clicking “Decline” on the cookie banner, or by clearing your browser’s storage for the Site to be re-prompted. You can stop sharing information with us by not visiting the Site or by not sending us email. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise those rights, contact us at info@runbitlabs.ai.

8. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that any information collected may be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
