1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the runbitlabs.ai website and any content or information published on it (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Runbit Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Runbit”, “we”, “our”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Runbit’s practice areas and services. You may access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not scrape, mirror, frame, modify, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.

3. No Professional Advice

Information on the Site — including content about cybersecurity strategy, AI governance, incident response, regulatory frameworks, and related topics — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or professional security advice for your specific situation, and creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and Runbit. Engaging Runbit for professional services requires a separate written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the “Runbit Labs” name and marks — is owned by Runbit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any Runbit name, logo, or mark without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that Runbit does not control. Runbit is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Runbit does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runbit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if Runbit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Runbit’s total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runbit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

Runbit may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
